However the end result is so sweet.  You might have to try your hardest to hold your tongue when your mate says or does something that really, really gets on your nerves.  The end result?  Less arguments, more peace.  You may have to burn the midnight oil, so to speak, at the job, to get on track with your finances and savings.  The end result?  Less stress in the long run because your bills are paid and your able to save your money.  You might even be able to take a well needed vacation.  And what about those pounds that you have been wanting to shed for years?  Putting in the hard work through exercise will make you a happier, healthier and confident individual.

So when work gets tough just sit back for a second and visualize the end result.  This will be your motivation to keep going until you reap the rewards.
